James has over a decade of experience as an Independent Financial Adviser, having previously served as Director of Financial Planning for a regional Independent Financial Advisory business and honed his craft working for boutique wealth management and financial planning businesses in the city of London.
When he is not running around after his children, he is a keen sportsman, having participated in many sports through the years. He also enjoys the odd fitness challenge for charity, having competed in the CF Warriors 24-hour Fitness Challenge and completed both the London to Paris Bike Ride and Three Peaks Challenge in under 24 hours.
James is passionate about helping people transition to financial adviser roles, training advisers either directly or via his podcast.
James holds a degree in Economics from the University of Sheffield and has the following designations from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
An adviser's Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) must be renewed annually.
